Support over the holiday

Dear Blackboard users at QM,

This is to notify you that the VLE support service is now closed for the College Closure period and will restart on January the 4th. We will monitor the availability over that period, but not respond to support queries. We will respond to emails to the vle-support email address when College business resumes in the New Year.
